  Contact our botanical concierge team via email within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the glass bottles are protected, and include your order number and RA code inside the box.

  Ship to Libations HQ

  Send your return package using a tracked shipping service to our fulfillment center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a digital gift card for the product value to your email, allowing you to explore new elixirs.
